The belt conveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materials in pieces.

According to different transferring requirements, the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors, or combined with other transferring equipments.                                                                                       

The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the need of different transferring requirements. 

Belt conveyer application:

Belt conveyer is widely used in industries of mine, metallurgy and coal to convey bulky materials and finished products.

According to different technical requirements, belt conveyor can convey materials single or coordinately. Working temperature is between -20°C to +40°C and the temperature of conveyed material is under 50°C.

Belt conveyer working principle:

The motor drives the driving rollers of the best conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.                                                                                        The belt conveyers produced by SJLC can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20 centigrade to +40 centigrade. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50 centigrade.

The types of the belt conveyers produced by SJLC are as follows:

1. Divided by Driving Method;

           a. STD-Mechanical Drive---It’s driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer(with outdoor motor) and chain-drive mechanism.

           b. STD-Electri Rotor Drive Series-It’s driven by electric rotor.

1. Divided by installation methods
   1. Fixed Series-It’s directly installed on foundation.
   2. SDY-Portable Series-It’s equipped with type for moving and slope adjusting capability. It can be Easily. It can be moved and adjusted by different transfer requirements.
2. Divided by Structures: the belt conveyers produced by SJLC have three different structures.
   1. U-steel
   2. Frame
   3. Truss

NOTE: There are two kinds of conveyers. One equipped with repairing walkway while the other without. When ordering the machine, the customers should give us clear instruction.
